1) Services Offered by Rise & Shine Cleaning Services
1.1 We will provide you “The Client” with a cleaning service by experienced and trained personnel only.
1.2 A Contract is regarded as active when we commence regular cleaning services after the first visit.
1.3 We will conduct regular quality checks on the cleaning team’s performance to maintain an acceptable standard of service.
1.4 The cleaning team is employed by Rise and Shine Service Limited and is contracted to perform cleaning services on behalf of the Company.
2) PAYMENT
2.1 You “The Client” agree to make payments to Rise and Shine Service Limited with respect to invoices generated within 14 days after receipt of the invoice.
2.2 Payment methods with respect to invoices can be initiated through cheque or bank transfer.
2.3 We request that you refrain from paying the cleaners directly, there is no way to resolve payment disputes in such circumstances.
3) THE CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS
3.1 You agree to provide Rise and Shine Service Limited unrestricted access to your property during a cleaning session.
3.2 You will be solely responsible for making regular and timely payments of all invoices based on the agreed rates.
3.3 You will need to notify Rise and Shine Service Limited at least 24 hours prior to changes in the cleaning schedule for the cleaning to take place.
3.4 The client agrees to inspect the work right after completion of the cleaning task and instruct the cleaner to re-clean a specific area if it is not up to the client’s satisfaction. If still not satisfied, the client must then notify Rise and Shine Service Limited, immediately.
4) TERMINATION
4.1 The contractual agreement can be terminated by Rise and Shine Service Limited by giving 1 week’s notice to the client.
4.2 The Client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner who has previously worked for Rise and Shine Service Limited.
4.3 Should the client want to make the contract “Null and Void” at any point or stop paying for the cleaning service, the contract will be regarded as terminated and a cancellation fee will be incurred by the client to the company for not providing proper notification in advance of contract cancellation.
